Please note : Returns will only be accepted for new and unworn goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to refund your purchase.

Please note that personalized women's jewelry cannot be exchanged. We ask for your understanding as this jewelry was made especially for you and cannot be resold. Please therefore carefully check your personalized details before completing your order.
