How do I return an item?

You have the right to return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. The cancellation period is 14 days.

You can purchase a return label via our Return Portal. Return options/costs will be displayed on the portal when you register your return. Register for your return here

Please note : Returns will only be accepted for new and unworn goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to refund your purchase.

We will not cover the costs of return shipment.

Currently, the processing time for refunds is between 7-10 days.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (such as worn earrings)
