By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the present conditions of participation. Participation is free. Natural persons over the age of 18 with a valid postal address are eligible to participate. Participation with forged identities or with the identities of third parties is not permitted. Employees of HI-LIFE-TRADE GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation via competition associations, participation or entry services or automated participation is excluded. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the Receive Hi-Life newsletters. No product purchase is required to enter the Sweepstakes. It begins on Friday, March 2nd, 2023 and ends on Monday, April 15th, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Prize: The prize is a voucher worth 8000€ for an EXCLUSIVE 1 WEEK MALDIVES TRIP including flight and hotel stay, hotel transfer, breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2 people. The voucher must be redeemed within 12 months. The winner will be drawn at random on April 16, 2023. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, the prize will be drawn again and the right to the prize will be forfeited. If the prize cannot be assigned due to incorrect information provided by the participant, the participant's entitlement to the prize expires. Hi-Life is entitled to exclude individuals from participation or the raffle if there are legitimate reasons, such as a violation against these conditions of participation, manipulation etc. Reservation clause: Hi-Life reserves the right to end the competition at any time without prior notice if, for example, for technical reasons (viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper implementation of the competition is not possible competition cannot be guaranteed. A cash payment of the profit is not possible. The legal process is final.
